  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or peak shipping seasons.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Exchange Shipping Fees: In accordance with our Exchange Policy, if you request an exchange due to a change of mind, color, or size preference, you will be responsible for covering both the return shipping fee and the new delivery charges. Luxury Hub only covers shipping costs if the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.

3. Address Accuracy and Tracking

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including an active phone number. Luxury Hub is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or confirmation message will be provided via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

4. Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives showing significant outer damage, please inspect the contents immediately.

  • To report an item damaged during transit, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video or clear photographs to initiate a free exchange.
