How can I contact your customer support?

Are the products on your website authentic?

Yes. Luxury Hub is committed to delivering premium quality items. Every product in our collection undergoes a strict selection and inspection process to ensure it meets our brand standards before shipment.

2. Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery across the country usually takes between 3 to 5 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Exchanges & Refunds

What is your refund policy? Luxury Hub operates strictly on an Exchange-Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.

What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong product? If your item is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we will exchange it free of cost. Luxury Hub will cover both the return shipping charges and the new delivery fees. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video or clear pictures.

Can I exchange an item if I simply do not like it or if it does not fit? Yes, you can exchange an item if you change your mind or prefer a different size or color. However, because there is no defect in the product, the customer is responsible for paying both the return shipping charges to our warehouse and the new delivery fees for the replacement item.

Are all items eligible for exchange? To be eligible for an exchange, items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels fully intact. Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged.
