Luxury Hub does not offer any cash refunds or money-back guarantees. We operate strictly on an Exchange-Only policy.
1. Exchange for Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if a wrong item is delivered, Luxury Hub takes full responsibility:

We will exchange the product for you free of cost.

Both return shipping charges and new delivery charges will be fully covered by Luxury Hub.

Condition: You must report the issue to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video or clear pictures of the product.
2. Exchange for Change of Mind / Preference
If the product is delivered in perfect condition but you want to exchange it because you dislike the item, size, or color, exchanges are still allowed under the following conditions:

You can exchange the product for any other item or size available in our store.

Delivery Charges: Since there is no defect in the product, the customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping charges to our warehouse as well as the new delivery charges for the replacement item.
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet these requirements:

The product must be completely unused and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be fully intact.

Items purchased during sales or clearance discounts are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged.
4. How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.

For damaged or wrong items, please attach your unboxing video or photos.

Once verified, our team will provide you with the return warehouse address.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your new exchange order will be dispatched.
